These Terms govern use of the WTC Games website (wtc-games.com) and services supplied by WholeTechCreative LTD under the WTC Games brand. Contact: info@wtc-games.com.
By placing an order, creating an account, or using the website, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
WTC Games provides services for game projects, including promotion, community work, marketing and graphical materials, consulting, testing, development, and other services described on the relevant service page or in an individual proposal.
The exact scope, price, volume, timing, and required materials are determined by the selected service, order data, communications with the client, and any applicable proposal.
The client must provide accurate information, working links, access, and materials required to perform the order, and must have the right to provide those materials to WTC Games.
The client is responsible for compliance with the rules of Steam, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and other third-party platforms relevant to the order.
Timeframes stated on the website or in communications are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. Timing may change because of delayed client materials, scope changes, third-party platform reviews, or circumstances outside WTC Games' reasonable control.
Order status and public updates may be displayed in the client's account.
The applicable price is shown in the cart, checkout, service page, or individual proposal. Fees or currency conversion charged by a payment provider, bank, or other third party are separate from WTC Games' service price.
WTC Games may delay or pause paid work until payment is confirmed.
Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on the stage of the order. If work has not started, the client may request cancellation. Once work has started, completed work, non-refundable costs, and third-party fees may be deducted from any refund.
Fully delivered services and costs already incurred for the client may be non-refundable. Disputed cases are reviewed individually subject to applicable law.
WTC Games does not control third-party algorithms, policies, moderation, or technical availability. Unless expressly agreed in writing, WTC Games does not guarantee a specific number of sales, revenue, views, rankings, or other commercial outcome.
Services are delivered according to the agreed scope. Changes to third-party platform rules may require changes to the approach or timeframe.
The client retains rights in materials supplied by the client. Rights in custom deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the extent agreed for the relevant service after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
WTC Games retains rights in its pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, methods, software components, and materials unless their transfer is expressly included in the agreement.
The client should report material deviations from the agreed scope within a reasonable period. Additional tasks and changes outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WTC Games is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, third-party platform actions, account restrictions not caused by WTC Games' breach, or consequences of inaccurate information supplied by the client.
The client is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to WTC Games without undue delay.
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
WTC Games may update these Terms. The current version is published at wtc-games.com/agreement. Existing orders remain governed by the terms and arrangements applicable when the order was placed unless the parties agree otherwise.
